A: You can log into your dashboard(s) with your username and password via a web browser.

Q: My company only has 5 computers, can you still support us?
A: Absolutely, we specialize in small and medium sized businesses. Contact a sales representative and we’ll show you how you can benefit from our services

Q: I already have an IT staff, what can you offer us?
A: We offer many services and products that can help your company increase it’s efficiency. Please contact our sales department and we can discuss what tools will benefit your enterprise.

Q: My company has 500+ systems, will you be able to support our systems?
A: Larger environments are handled with great efficiency. Our datacenter is staffed with over 550 technicians.

Q: How do I reach a member of your technical support staff?

A: Yes, to make it easier for our clients we support many different payment types; including credit card, company check, and even Pay Pal.

Q: Can I pay annually?
A: We help our clients by providing as much flexibility as possible. We accept monthly, quarterly, and annual payments. There’s even discounts for certain payment programs.

Q: How big is your company?
A: Our hosted datacenter is staffed with over 100 technicians with another 30+ technical support specialists, and several onsite engineers. Six sales and administration personnel make up the rest of our company.
